Maybe you shouldn’t be focused so much on Snapchat and Periscope if you haven’t yet gotten everything you can out of the conversation that happens on the phone.

Stop chasing the new and focus on what you can do better now. That includes telling better stories on your career site (and sharing them between staff and recruiters), asking prospects how they are doing, and listening to what they want.

Remember: in recruiting, communication is love. So get to it.
