They make it look so easy. But then you pick up that hammer and realize you may be out of your depth. Perhaps it’s time to call in an expert?

The question of whether or not you should try to build your own EVP appeared in a Facebook group of employer brand pros recently. It’s a complex question, one with no right or wrong answer. And certainly, as someone who provides employer brand services, I have a clear bias. But when it comes to building an employer brand position or EVP, there are advantages to bringing in help.
